How to collect and send it
- Clean collectionClean and dry the site first; discard the first streams of milk.
- Keep chilledKeep it cool, 2 to 8 °C, in a cool box with an ice pack.
- Within 24 hoursSend it within 24 hours of collection.
Preparation. Discard the first streams, clean and dry the teat, collect midstream, keep the milk cool and send it within 24 hours.
